Decathlon: No titles, but Allmond and Harris finish third

Memphis University School had three decathletes place in the top six at the D2 State Decathlon that finished Tuesday at MTSU.
Stephond Allmond, scored 5,861 points earning him third place, while Barret Folk, and Jared Davis placed 5th and 6th. ECS freshman Sam Tabor was 7th.
In D2, no one could come close to Brentwood Academy senior Ben Davies, who became the only four-time champion in Tennessee Decathlon history.
In Class AAA, Houston’s Alex Sweet (5,792 points) and Overton’s Roland Brooks (5,398) finished fifth and sixth.
In Class A/AA, Sheffield junior Marcus Harris finished third with 5,541 points.
