Through 14 events at tonight's Division 2 state meet, Memphis University School is in first place with 71 points. Chattanooga Baylor is second with 68 points, followed by Brentwood Academy (63.50), Montgomery Bell Academy (63.5), Christian Brothers (63) and Chattanooga McCallie (62.50).

Five events remain.

Overton's Roland Brooks just took the Class AAA 400 in 48.13. He's the third Memphis-area athlete to win a state title today, joining Wooddale senior thrower Dontari Poe, who won the Class AAA shot put (55-0.25) and discus (156-01) and CBHS junior Bruck Brucker, who won the D2 discus (158-0).
